SendMyPitch operates the platform at sendmypitch.com (the "Platform"), a two-sided marketplace that connects Indonesian nano and micro creators with brands and businesses for collaboration opportunities.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By registering for or using the Platform, you agree to this policy.

This policy applies to all users of the Platform, including:

• Creators -- individuals with 1,000 to 100,000 social media followers who register to discover brand partnerships and send pitches.
• Brands and businesses (UMKM) -- companies or sole traders who register to receive pitches, post open briefs, and discover creators.
• Visitors -- anyone who browses sendmypitch.com without creating an account.

Account and profile data

• Name, email address, and phone number provided at registration
• WhatsApp number used for OTP verification and notifications
• Profile details including niche, bio, platform links, and audience size
• Media kit content uploaded by creators (profile photos, statistics, collaboration history)
• Brand profile details including company name, category, and contact information

Pitch and collaboration data

• Pitches generated on the Platform, including your inputs (brand name, collaboration type, campaign goals) and the AI-generated pitch text
• Pitch stage history (Sent, Active, Ghosted, Passed, Won)
• Draft pitches saved to your account
• Messages exchanged between creators and brands within the Platform inbox
• Open briefs posted by brands

Usage and platform data

• Number of pitches generated per month (used for tier enforcement and product analysis)
• Feature interactions tracked during the beta period to validate product design
• Device type, browser, and approximate location derived from IP address
• Pages visited and time spent on the Platform

Payment data

After the beta period, subscription payments will be processed by Xendit. SendMyPitch does not store your card or bank account details. Payment data is handled by Xendit under their own privacy policy.

To provide the Platform

• Authenticate your account via email or WhatsApp OTP
• Display your creator or brand profile to the other side of the marketplace
• Generate AI-powered pitch text using your inputs via the Anthropic API
• Match creators with relevant brands using niche, audience, and engagement signals
• Deliver pitch notifications and messages via WhatsApp and email

To improve the Platform

• Analyse usage patterns to refine tier limits and feature design
• Identify bugs and performance issues
• Inform future product decisions

To communicate with you

• Send transactional notifications (pitch received, brand reply, draft expiry warnings)
• Send product updates, beta announcements, and onboarding guidance
• Respond to support requests

When you generate a pitch, the inputs you provide (brand name, collaboration type, your goals, tone preferences, and any media kit data you choose to include) are sent to the Anthropic Claude API to produce the pitch text. This data is transmitted securely and the API key is never exposed to your browser.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only in the following circumstances:

With other users of the Platform

Your creator profile (name, niche, follower count, collaboration history) is visible to brands. Your brand profile is visible to creators. Pitches you send are visible to the receiving brand. Messages in the shared inbox are visible to both parties in a conversation.

With service providers

• Supabase -- database, authentication, and server-side functions
• Anthropic -- AI pitch generation via the Claude API
• Cloudflare -- hosting and content delivery for the Platform frontend
• Meta (WhatsApp Cloud API) -- delivery of WhatsApp notifications to verified phone numbers
• Fonnte -- WhatsApp delivery during the initial validation phase
• Xendit -- payment processing (post-beta only)

For legal reasons

We may disclose data if required by applicable law, court order, or government authority.

• Active accounts -- data is retained for as long as your account is active
• Draft pitches -- automatically deleted after 30 days; a warning is sent at day 23
• Deleted accounts -- personal data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion, except where retention is required by law
• Pitch and collaboration records -- retained for 12 months after a collaboration closes, then deleted unless you request earlier removal

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access -- request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction -- update or correct inaccurate data via your profile settings
• Deletion -- request deletion of your account and associated data
• Restriction -- ask us to limit how we process your data in certain circumstances
• Portability -- request your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Objection -- object to processing for direct marketing at any time

We use essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

Anonymous usage analytics may be collected to understand how the Platform is used. This data is not linked to your personal identity.

The Platform is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has registered, please contact us and we will delete the account promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via a prominent notice on the Platform before the changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
